Services for Adults

Help for a range of concerns

Our problems don't need to define us

Life can be full of transitions, losses, and challenges that sometimes feel heavier than we can carry on our own. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficult relationship patterns, therapy provides a space to slow down and find steady ground. Many adults come to therapy when old coping strategies no longer work, or when past experiences continue to shape the present in painful ways. Together, we can begin to make sense of these patterns and create room for greater calm, confidence, and connection.

My approach with adults is collaborative and integrative. Drawing from EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, DBT, and Parts Work, I tailor sessions to support the unique needs of each individual. These methods help address not only thoughts and emotions, but also how distress can live in the body. By integrating mind and body, we create lasting shifts in how you experience yourself and your relationships.

Therapy may focus on working through trauma, navigating grief and loss, managing ADHD or other neurodivergent experiences, or finding new ways to cope with stress and transitions. Some clients come seeking support for long-standing patterns in relationships, while others arrive in the midst of crisis. No matter the starting point, therapy is a place where you are not broken and do not need fixing. Instead, it is a place to rediscover resilience, increase self-understanding, and begin to move forward with more clarity and balance.

Sessions are guided by your goals and values. Together, we will create a pace and structure that feels supportive, whether that means short-term work around a specific issue or longer-term therapy for deeper healing. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools and perspective while holding space for whatever you bring.
